* Morgan Stanley's Ravi Shanker boosts his price target on Mobileye (NYSE:MBLY) to $65 from $46, with a bull case price target of $120 (last week he said the bull case was $100).


* Mobileye's superior technology and early start in the vision space mean that it has a 5-10 year lead over rivals today, says Shanker.


* Mobileye will be a major beneficiary from any potential "arms race" among OEMs to outfit vehicles with ADAS and/or self-driving capabilities, says William Blair, which sees the stock doubling in price.
