Mobileye and Intercore?

I wonder if newly IPO'd Mobileye (MBLY), which has been a strong stock , and ICOR management have had any conversations about collaborations..........or even a takeover.

Wouldn't it be interesting if MBLY wanted ICOR technology to fill out it's product lines.?
