Now that Greenstone has closed on the first and larger traunch my confidence has gone way up.

With the CUV take over (remember CUV is about $25MM in debt so you have to add that into its mkt cap) which could be described as a theft price due to the non arm's length nature of the Hunter Dickenson aspect done I think apples to apples we should be about $1.20. NPV CUV is 775MM. NPV MIN is 1.25B.
