Seems to me for K the PK/PD data now shows its safe at significantly higher doses so the large increase from 215 to 350 mg/m2. They may even be looking to end at the 9th cohort and move into Phase 2/3 as 350 mg is well above the expected efficacy range.

Someone asked if anyone else thought they were looking to end the trial quickly, and I'd say probably, but not at the expense of patient safety. I doubt they are aiming at a DLT cohort to close the trial as that would be highly unethical--do no harm.

Still, a 65% increase is a real head scratcher after a long series of very conservative, low end increases.

What also got my attention is they are already preparing for Phase 2 trials against specific tumor types. That means to me they are now seeing something more than short term tumor arrest for some cancers.
