I'm sorry, but I will NEVER believe that there is some exemption for growing marijuana under the guise that somehow a collective owns it and Emerald Med Farms is just taking care of it.

And then there is the problem of "overhead" which includes producing revenues on behalf of a publicly-traded company and its shareholders.

Collectives are allowed to hire growers to grow their product.

Cite the law that permits this.

Oh, wait. It doesn't exist. As the Sheriff said,
