Buyout defeats the purpose of the GreenStar partnership. If the GreenStar rewards program is being licensed by ADCS to GreenStar and GreenHouse across the board, what loyalty program is Greg referring too.

Never said he was going to dissolve partnership with adcs. But if he did, you really think it would be hard for singleseed to acquire their own loyalty card?

I don't see why you think it would be impossible for Singlepoint to buy out greenhouse, include some preferred shares in the buyout so mills had a vested interest in sing and place mills as CEO of the operation. All the time keeping adcs loyalty card(if they can ever launch it, I mean come on...)
