Ahhhh, always one to point out a negative.

This is most likely due to the huge undertaking of uplisting to a higher exchange and all that goes into.

They have added a former Senator to the board, paid off debt, and increased the technology for a more uniform process to the business this year to-date.

Acquisitions will most likely come after the uplisting.

All paperwork needs to be clean for the uplist.
