no need to take a post personally, to answer your question yes I would absolutely post information regarding a R&D deal inked. The size of the company involved in the deal is irrelevant, doing so also gives potential COO investors a positive outlook that COO is filling the pipeline with potential new products. Most COO investors will never know who EPGL is unless they are informed.
