He is leasing 2 offices for 4 months and has not even staffed them. That is throwing money down the drain. When a startup leases a building, they can't afford to not be operational for 4 months!!!

The nj office was supposed to already wired for phones and computers. He cc 3 months later to say it is phase 1 ready as if he did any progress ? What happened there?!?!?!?!
