It's important for all TEMN (Top Shelf) shareholders and/or potential shareholders to read this posting.
For anyone who has read my postings. I sincerely believe that the companies actions and activities are not fully or properly portrayed. Which has an effect on the share price which effects my investment.
But, it's important, I was also challenging TEMN (Top Shelf). Below are the company's answers to some of my emails. I believe it's necessary to understand Top Shelf's positions.
Here are the responses from "Lou" at Top Shelf:
REPLY ONE: "Sorry sloppy but am always in a rush and never really care how I respond to emails."
REPLY TWO: "Sure post whatever you like I have nothing to hide, anyone is welcome to call me anytime."
REPLY THREE: "I will say I don't even know Antony Mazzo , never met him or spoke to him and I do not advise Alonzo."
REPLY FOUR: "I feel certain in product getting to market and know already why hearing was cancelled and the outcome."
REPLY FIVE: "I cant comment, lets just say there is nothing to comment on, like I said I do know exactly what is going on but its not worth commenting on until a press release is put out." (This was a question on the court case)
REPLY SIX: "That pr was not meaning actual bottle label, it was meaning trade mark label which Alonso has trademark Approval. ..approval of such label by the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau means the Trademarked name Besado Tequila."

REPLY SEVEN: "Have obtained the Approval of such label by the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, which assures that Top Shelf Brands Holdings, Inc ownership and rights to import and sell tequila in the United States under the Trade Name Besado Tequila."
Friends, I remain confident in management, and I also am confident about the quality and future of the product.
