Actually that's wrong, Sir.
The last 10Q was filed on 22.Sep'14 per OTC time stamp and clearly states: For the quarterly period ended June 30, 2014 which usually indicates End of Business Day 6/30/2014.

The Increase of the A/S was filed on 6/30(2014 and was even filed as Stock Split with the NVSOS. Usually those Filing take place DURING Business Hours.
Means the Increase (filed as Split) should have been included in the 10Q that ended 6/30/2014

JMHO.

No Position and not interested in this Co! Just reported the NVSOS Change from today.
