It is NOT fact but only opinion. The PPS is fluid, changes daily, and is subject to outside influences. As I write this the PPS is .0015. Does that mean the market sees this as a company worth .0015? Of course not! It is a penny stock. It will do as it wants without rhyme or reason (or wishing) until it moves up substantially. SVFC$$$$
