Lets look at the law and the numbers

By Nevada law....card holders can only have 12 plants...and there is roughly 5000 card holders in the ENTIRE state....

So by law each of the dispensaries and or cultivators will have to obtain their initial batch of MEDICAL Marijuana from novice gardners that grew their plants in ways only Chee Chee Chong could smile about...

Talk about quality control at its worst level.....The Beginning of medical marijuana in Nevada is based on an initial crop of plants that could be infested or tainted in a way that boggles the mind and of course I assume those will be the mother plants of all future strains..... brilliant....just brilliant.......
