Not sure I would call it phony and honestly they didn't have to send this notice out at all either so not sure what will take place or what they have up their sleeve. What ever it is, its to turn the company towards better days....... Its not like they were showing large amounts of money either so what could be bad?? LOL smile They are down big but they are coming back with force.
