News Flash: Growing marijuana as a for-profit company is illegal.
You can call it a "service" if you want, but it's still cultivating marijuana.
Doesn't matter anyway, read this: The cultivation of more than 25 plants under any circumstance is prohibited. The ability to cultivate 99 plants with a permit is no longer permissible.
Do you know what the term "under any circumstances" means?
So you and Emerald show pictures and movies and brag about "forests" of plants, and many more than 25 plants in one place under cultivation by Emerald.
And that, dudes and dudettes, is a crime in Mendocino county, according to ordinance 4921 Para. 9.31, as pointed out by the sheriff himself, right here.
