Oh, they'll use the remaining 130 million shares alright. Just won't be used for any advertising of note. Just another cheap teaser people can exaggerate into something it isn't. I'm sure there are a number of these teasers already planned along with stock promotions. Funny how they always seem to have news or a teaser like this the morning following numerous paid promotions. Borders on insider violations IMO.
