ok it doesn't attache to the lugs but there is a simple little housing it looks like. granted it isn't for bikes but it wouldn't take much to change this clip to get the same effect. AND you don't have to buy a whole new wheel. just a matter of time though until wheelies is a dead item. stick to the meters wm and quit screwing around with other ideas before you get one off the ground first.
