It's all good! You can say allot of things about this Management, one thing that strikes me is "Bullish". They set their sights on a goal and go after it, the Shareholder Meeting being another step to get to the goal of up listing and getting the heck out of penny stock land which is, as we all know, not good for issuers. Go NASV!
