Wrong. Non-SEC reporting companies like ROTH are dark. Indeed the process of filing a Form 25 to deregister under Section 12 (g) as ROTH did is known as "going dark".
The act of "filing" unaudited "accounts" with OTC markets doesn't change this one iota. Penny stock companies only ever go dark for one reason - so they can defraud their retail investor marks.
"Second, the Mexico advertisements are commercials, not infomercials. I confirmed that there are 200 commercials being run per DAY in Mexico (not per week)."
I made no comments whatsoever about your claims about these commercials/infomercials. But now you mention it, with whom did you "confirm" this?
Thirdly I can tell you there is no such Chinese company as they have claimed to partner with. There is a company with a similar name, but it's definitely not them. This should constitute rather a large red flag.
ROTH exists for one purpose, and one purpose only. That is to steal money from its naive, gullible but greedy marks.

Upton Sinclair
"Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public."
