ICgreen's position appeared to point to some issues related to paying stock for purchases, in lieu of cash, and that this could generate some consideration toward an R/S in the future.
Maybe ICgreen, should explain her position to you. I think what she is asking, is this - Does the fact that stock exchanged for ownership of a company, have much or anything to do with considerations of R/S.
There is probably, substantial research somewhere on line that we could send Zacked and ICgreen to the site for additional information.
I just do not see this as an issue, which the officers are going to discuss with stockholders at this time.
There has been some speculation on this last week or the week before. Not sure. I do not have much time this week to post. I will try to do some research later. I hope, maybe Zacked and ICgreen, may want to research the issue to help the rest of us understand this issue better.
