Yes, I thought so too wstreet. With the monies they are receiving from Euro Gas, Inc. this should help finance the drilling operation, however, we have not heard any news coming out of Alan to that effect.

With the new chairman and with his expertise I have been wondering why is this stock is headed south and not north?? If I read the last report correctly, Alan is giving Euro Gas, Inc. 348,000,000 shares in exchange for $5,000,000.00 which would equate to $0.0144 / share valuation. Are there restrictions on the shares? What is the current OS share structure and float?

Help us understand what is going on Alan. Any news from the lawsuit in Europe?
