The DR is obligated by contract and law to provide the agreed upon divisions of treasure. Some not very smart people seem to be delaying things and it will end up costing them.

They are stalling on divisions with Deep Blue, ARS, and Capt Tracy.....And ARS is working with the Punta Canta foundation - so, in essence, the DR is withholding treasure from themselves. How dumb is that?

But ARS has filed suit for their division, hopefully the DR will come to their senses before it goes any further.

I don't think anyone can doubt this one year delay has hurt all companies involved, and adequate compensation should be requested and provided once settled.

In Deep Blues case, the company, the limited partners, the Capt & crew, anyone who has provided funding, and the shareholders have all been harmed by this situation, and all have cause to take action if not resolved.

The DR certainly needs to do something and quick if they have any interest in retaining any respect on the world stage.
