It takes time to put these deals together. These are multi million dollar deals. They just don't happen that quick. There is a lot of things they have to get worked out with legal issues, zoning issues, licensing issues, and the parties involved agreeing on all terms. He also has to calculate his expenses and what GDSM can make. There is a lot involved. Mike is trying to be real thorough with his DD on these deals to insure we make all the right moves. I know Mike will close at least one of these deals real soon. These deals will change the way people will ever look at GDSM again. Like Mike said in the beginning "GDSM will be a Phoenix from the Ashes" He is right on track to make that happen.
