Mabwe Minerals holds the rights to Dodge Mine Blocks 1-6 PLUS the rest of the ENTIRE mountain range. ALL 6 MOUNTAINS! These same Dodge Mine Blocks 1-6 ownership certificates were taken right out of valentine's hand by police two years ago as valentine suddenly remembered where he hid them after stealing a number of documents from Mr. Groves' files.

Question: If valentine is truly a director of Chiroswa Minerals, why did he even surrender them two years ago to the police as barter to get out of jail? Why did he wait two more years to conjure up this case with forged September 21, 2007 documents that included Mr. Groves' gmail address that had not been created (and verified by Google) until December 2010? Valentine was never were a member of Chiroswa Minerals and he is still trying to bribe his way into Dodge Mine.

Question: If valentine is truly a director of Chrioswa Minerals, why on earth would he attempt 4 different times to claim he has a tribute agreement? The current tribute agreement that clearly expired in May 2011 more than 4 months before Mabwe Minerals purchased the asset from Mr. Groves? Is valentine seriously trying to convince everyone that he is a director of Chrioswa Minerals while attempting in parallel to give himself a tribute agreement? Everyone knows you can not give yourself (the owner) a tribute agreement. It's pointless/redundant!

Valentine is neither a director of Chiroswa Minerals nor does he have a valid tribute agreement. He is a known criminal in Zimbabwe (look at the history of cases linked directly to Mr. Valentine!).

Not to mention all the people Valentine has pledged a piece of the business to help him circumvent the legal system.
