I think you may be right? The preverbal calm before the storm as they say. Well if you look at the most recent PR's it certainly paints an interesting picture of progress, mining development and most importantly revenue. Now saying that... They need to file their damn Fins already.

I cannot see Bill Farley putting his name on anything that is even remotely associated with a penny stock scam. No way! No how!
