BEAM and ICgreen..........any of the shares that have already been registered and issued in connection with the acquisitions, are effected by an RS. But what effect does the RS really have on them. NONE. The dollar value of their investment remains the same, with or without the RS, so there is no real effect.

Looks like I have a couple hundred posts to sift through from over the weekend and am working backwards so it might take some time.LOL
