The amount of shares he owns are in the filings - how more factual can it be.

Talking about facts, there is one more issue going that could get resolved in october and that could be very benificial for us. It's sth the ceo won't talk about - with good reason - but as you are way smarter than me and on top of this business i'm sure i don't have to explain you (;
