Very interesting points. Appreciate the clarification on Rinaldi's background. I assume that company had a successful patent monetization track record as well.

I don't think they will divest the business. If you listen carefully some of the patent portfolios they acquired or will acquire pertain to their operating business units such as their cloud division.
