I thought it worth stating, for anyone who didn't fully understand and grasp the magnitude of what both Croxall and Spangenberg are doing here, it should be becoming clearer by the day.

While it not prudent to speculate at this point as to what ultimately could be, they have much work ahead of them, it is certainly encouraging to see a staggering $1.6B in approximate damages for just a single portfolio.

The beauty of their business plan remains its scalability and that their cap structure provides for tremendous earnings leverage.

It's pretty obvious Croxall knew exactly what he was doing when he founded Marathon. It's even more obvious that he and Spangenberg knew exactly what they were doing when they joined forces and became a team.
