I completely agree. Velatel owes almost nothing, maybe a million? If this company is really going to be worth 50-100 million, why do they give away 1/2 or 3/4 of the entire company for a million dollars? George is an idiot or a scam artist. Or Both. Borrow a million, or make a deal with IR and concentrate on the company. It isn't that hard.
