Product liability, huh? Let me "ask" you......

If the short squeeze doesn't come, as WOPR "alleged" it would, can TEMN and/or traders sue for damages?

Also, are TEMN shares considered a "product", and could TEMN shareholders that incurred losses because of the FALSE claims of a label approve sue?
