You wrote "... doesn't have enough time to make Flucide for tox." By any reasonable interpretation what you wrote there means no Flucide is being made.

Now you clarify that to assert that some Flucide is being made, but that not enough has been made to allow tox to begin. That may be true.

What do you make of that? Do you think they have had some problems? Of course they have. So what?

Do you think having problems scaling up a complex production process indicates incompetence? I think you want us to think so. But I don't think so. I think it's normal to have problems and it's also expected that competent people will overcome them.

Is there a real problem here with NNVC and Flucide for tox studies? I don't think there is.

The big picture is this: NNVC probably has a cure for many viruses. Soon enough Flucide will be available to begin tox studies. These studies will probably find no significant problems with toxicity. Clinical trials will go forward in Australia, probably in the first half of 2015. The clinical trials will probably show that this viricide destroys the flu virus in humans without ill effect. The market for that will be large and the company will be on the path to commercial success.

Is there risk that something might go wrong? Sure. Is this nevertheless a reasonable place to invest? Sure.
