No it's illegal to short pennies in U. S. Unless you are a bank, MM etc. That's why our pennies do so bad the banks are crushing them. When the dust clears everyone here will still be broke. DRNE has already lost almost half of its value in a little over a week. It's almost right back to pre run pps. High volume + decreasing pps in the OTC = share selling.
