It was a typo that I remembered that I forgot to correct as I was leaving from the computer for a while. I hate when I do that (LOL)! I rushed back to make the change, but I was too late. You are correct, it is just a typo as I had indicated such in a post not long before yours. The math is still the same though for that GRCU post. As more confirmation, the PR stated $190 Billion:
