Question: The latest S1-a states that there are 54 shareholders on record for CVSL. How accurate are shareholder records for OTC stocks? Reason for asking is that one of the up-listing requirements are 200 shareholders. The 54 shareholder number has been the same since the May 22 S1, I would think there would be more shareholders since May 22. Just wondering if anyone could shed light on this?

BTW - good to see that the ticker "CVSL" won't change when up-listed!
