I'm skeptical of them coming in and the first thing they do is a reverse split without announcing plans. They need to raise cash to fund operations which in this arena is a crapshoot. IMO it's not a good sign. The other reason I might cash out is if it moves .005 I have gained 100%, a lot tougher to do when it's at $5.00
