What makes you think the uplist will take place in the next few weeks? If all of their filings are complete, then you could be right but I think we're looking at a much longer timeline. I personally have never seen a company come off the grays-- maybe someone else has.

I do agree with you on the dividend- I don't see any material problems with it, but IMO I do think when all is said and done our dividend shares will be trading at .04
