Crusen is more than correct. Would any normal human being purchase this stock. Not a chance in heeck.
The only reason people would purchase this stock is to be persuaded to buy this stock because it is going from .02 to what .20 cents a dollar three dollars and beyond like some are posting. Who does that and for what purpose? To get people to buy shares. Same people that were persuading people that .12 was a steal, .06 is a gift, .03 it will never go lower.

iMD Companies Inc. announced that it has successfully structured expanded sales programs, through the remainder of 2014, with the Central Garden and Pet. Lumz-N-Blooms, has distributed its line of hydroponics and indoor gardening products through Central Garden for several years. This relationship will now expand to include the R-Quest Hydroponics line of products, another iMD subsidiary, including R-Quest's technology based environmental controller, the EMC-5000. iMD is filling current orders totaling more than $100,000.00 from the Portland based distributor. In addition, iMD has announced orders totaling more than $200,000.00 have been received from various other distribution partners, including it's lighting centric distributor, Light Source Distribution.
