And.....we didn't want to announce Brazil until all the logistics were in place.........EXCEPT we didn't have a label approval as SCM (me) said we needed. Now all the logistics are in place, even though we also said that in late 2013 when we announced shipments should begin in Q1 2014.

What happened to the 20K a month production that was needed to meet the demand back in November? Why "up" production if you didn't have licenses or approvals?

Or was it just hype?
