I did my own research on Dilution. And with the research I've done today, it's looking even worse.

After the 87M in stock (which equals $1.75 million at .02 per share), they also have to issue at least 44.7M in stock for the 1.25 million dollar loan.

This is looking really really bad. for the stock value.
