I agree, poker.
This thing can certainly go up to the .08 mark before announcement time. I personally know a few big investors that were initially in this, pulled out, and will be back in later. They are just trying to make some money before the announcement, while others like us are willing to wait for it. I personally am a very patient trader, even with pennies/pinkies. Wait this one and NDOL out and the rewards will come.
