140 mil BABA to sell and 800 mil O/S YHOO is what Ken said in Wed. Q&A ... so maybe he forgot they lowered the amount of shares to sell or whatever the 120+ come from... and the number of shares outstanding now with the buybacks has some in violation of failure to report 5% ownership... bet you many.. not just one...

So market cap should be 31 bil from Friday reg. close not the 39 bil thought... I started to listen and tuned out and ended up watching TV, must've been exciting Q and A session...

Call the SEC and ask for an accounting of those in violation... lol... Oh, yeah... Zacks will do that so they'll dump on their strong sell rating... lol ... if you have more than 39 mil shares in your control you need to have a form 4 filed as to your ownership and intent of such.... VIOLATORS... lol
