Putting everything else aside, the main question should be - if the flagship processor can produce profit margins as claimed by Bordynuik, then what is stopping them from running full time?

That "main" question, in my opinion, too narrowly defines the company's possibilities. A better "main" question might be:

Given its limited resources, and the numerous types of available feedstocks, each with its own individual characteristics and varying states of readiness to be processed (each of which may require reconfiguring of the processors), where do the company's opportunities for maximizing its income lie: in trying to run its processors, or in selling customized processors to end users?

Sort of answers itself, yes?

Doesn't "flagship" imply no more improvements need to be made?

Not if the process is adaptable to different types of feedstocks / locations etc.....And it would be unreasonable to assert that any "new" technology cannot be improved, as it is deployed, and operational history / data is accumulated.

Again, what is the main obstacle of running these machines as advertised how they should be running?

"Obstacle" to some might simply be a management decision on where to use limited resources (cash) in order to maximize income.....I wouldn't call that an obstacle. I would call that leadership.

Until the company formally releases updated information, everything stated here by anyone is guesswork and opinion.
