It's a fledgling, startup company. Once they get their act together PPS will go up. Why do you think you can buy it for 1/20 th of a penny? You need patience to see a good return here. Everyone wants to get rich overnight. It most often doesn't work that way. If this is a scam it's a pretty elaborate one. Glta
