This shit show has a A/S of 1.5 billion an assumed O/S of 1,000,000,000 and a PPS of .0008

Shares of this SCAM would be reversed to $1.00. In other words A 10,000 to 1 reverse split.

All shareholders of this would have one share of company A and every dime put in this piece of shit and lost would be gone forever.

So, what was good exactly about the bullshit M&A fantasy?
