What me wonders, if these studies are finished, that the court has any influence on it. I would guess, that the trustee(s), there are already two of them, are in charge of organising those studies even after the company went bankruptcy. The court seems only to have a look on it, if the studies are organized in a "right manner". At least Tesetaxel has a bigger importance for public health.
