California is indeed a difficult state for any new mining operation which most likely would take years to get into operation. SHSH has reputation as a silver stock and a Silver Valley stock, looking at their properties though seems whatever potential it may have is outside of Silver Valley, and based on gold and copper.

New management though has had some successes in several past ventures, so maybe metals market turns in 2015 and 2016 $.03 could prove a great price to get in at.
