i think alot of important facts are being forgotten do to impatience.......

1. the company owns nearly every available share on the market...less 17m....

2. anyone whose been watching the L2 for the last 2 weeks can see NITE has to be the biggest short and is proudly displaying it to the world....100x100....

3. up to .01 per year has been announced as a possible dividend......0025 per quarter....

4. moving to a higher exchange.....which means shorts have to cover....

5. we are dealing with real companies with real assetts and real income ...in one of the best investment fields around......real estate...

6. possiblilty of the other portions of consultechs multiple divisions merging in also...increasing revinue and assett value.....

7. we are dealing with 2 mergers not 1.......
first sulja (a subsiduary of ccm) them CCM..and quite posibly other divisions of CCM in the future....

.......................loftwerks==14.3m
......................sulja bros==25m
........................ccm ======125m
hurricane reconstruction project==29m
..aditional property aquisitions==
...................kore projects==

lastly while these weak hands get shaken by ignorant bashers (most who missed the boat subpenny) let not forget the company was buying all the way up to .048 and it would be excessively ignorant for them to sell for a loss when they have so much more to gain by completing the tasks they have created for themselves.....

granted this is a pinksheet (for now) lets see where we are when the smoke clears and the ball is rolling.....

dennis has proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt he is serious about seeing this through...his financial statements speak volumes for a company less than a year old.....

anyone doubting manipulation should invest in L2 for a first hand view of what it looks like....

p.s. the people everyone talks about as being "the great invetors"...buffet livermore schwab...everyone of them made there fortunes by addressing real value knowing when a stock was over or under valued.....

imo its plain to see that a 200+m plus assett company is worth far more than my .0215 cents.....
