Seems many don't believe CVX will reveal much if they can afford not too, WHY NOT??? No stake holders will sell their oil rights until they know exactly what they have. Not with all of the rumors floating. IF CVX wants in other blocks they will reveal all they know as soon as they know. Get on with business so to speak. ;0) JMO just as you have JYO.
