SO THE QUESTION NOW BECOMES....FOR THE LIFE OF ME WHY DOE THE PR STATE
* Westcon acquires cloud services business Verecloud
* Acquired assets of U.S.-based Verecloud for 12 million

In 2006 a group of TelCom executives formed a company to build and deploy Cloud Services to small and medium sized businesses. The vision was to create an automated platform that would enable provisioning, invoicing and management of a large and diverse portfolio of Cloud based services. Over the next few years (and $12 Million later) the Nimbus platform was created at Verecloud. CloudWrangler was the first Value-added reseller of these services.

CloudWrangler is managed by three senior industry executives with decades of experience in delivering IT solutions to market. This company was originally owned by Verecloud but was spun off to focus on customers allowing Verecloud to focus on building out the portfolio of services. Verecloud has always provisioned the best of breed solutions, priced to fit the budget of small to medium enterprises. The costs of these services are spread over many businesses offering a superior cost-of-ownership as well as enterprise grade security and reliability.

We have signed an army of Agents to contact these small to medium sized businesses and help them to transition to Cloud based services.
